I just thought I’d pass this on as the June issue of Catapult is so far away.
The video of the latest Library of Congress BIBFRAME update forum, which was held at ALA Midwinter on 1 Feb, is now available. It doesn’t seem to be on the official BIBFRAME site yet, but it was posted on Infodocket last week:

There’s a little more information about the upcoming LC cataloguing-in-BIBFRAME pilot which will be sometime between May and June, including glimpses of the tools in development.
