Research on Distributed Agile Software Development

Through a Grounded Theory study, I have investigated Agile Software Development with Distributed Teams. I have conducted one-on-one face-to-face interviews with Agile practitioners (including Developers, Scrum Masters, XP Coaches, Quality Analysts, Business Analysts, and Senior Management ) to capture participant's experience in Agile Software Development. At the point of theoretical saturation, I have analysed 55 interviews with participants from 38 software companies in the USA, Australia, and India. The findings have been published in XP 2010, ISEC 2011, XP 2011, EASE 2012, and XP 2012.
