Registration

Please register at the registration page. This link will take you away from the conference page. If there are any problems with registration please use the email contact on the registration page in the first instance.

Each registration enables the presentation of one paper. If you are presenting additional papers you will need to pay the additional paper fee.

Registration fees will be as follows (all prices in New Zealand dollars):

Full registration	$550
Student registration	$450
IEEE membership discount	$50
Additional paper fee	+ $100
Additional late registration fee (after the 11th of Nov)	+ $100

The IEEE membership discount applies to both full and student registrations.

Registration includes a ticket for attending all sessions of the conference, a copy of the conference proceedings (USB), Morning teas and afternoon teas, lunches, and the conference dinner.

Invitation Letters

If you need an invitation letter to support your visa applications, please contact ivcnz13@ecs.vuw.ac.nz. To expedite the process, please include your full name, your institution, paper number and paper title.
