Technical Note - Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, it is possible for it to be reset. In order to authenticate your identity, you will need to visit the School personally, and talk to the School Office (if you're a student), or one of the School programmers (if you're not a student).

Once your password has been reset, you will need to go through the registration process again to choose a new password. You can register by using your web browser, or by visiting one of the ECS computer laboratories and following these instructions or those posted on our lab doors.
