Six-Monthly Reports
- Based on the current university policy, all current thesis students (including Masters and PhD) need to submit a six-monthly report in May and November each year. Students who submitted their theses for examination and who are under suspension are excepted.
- The six-monthly reports should be filled in by the students and supervisors, then submitted to the Graduate Administrator (currently Prema Ram) at the School Office, who will forward the forms to the Thesis Coordinator (or HoS if the Thesis Coordinator is a supervisor) for checking and signing. The Thesis Coordinator will make comments and suggestions to the supervisors and students if any.
