Research Interests
My research interests are in the areas of
- wireless and mobile networking protocols,
- integration and interworking of wired and wireless networks,
- network measurement and traffic analysis,
- Internet protocols and systems, and
- network security.
I manage the
Networking Research Lab.

Biography
I received my PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from The University of Queensland in 2005. Prior to joining Victoria University of Wellington, I was a research fellow at University of South Australia and Swinburne University.
Before I moved into academia, I held different positions at China Aerospace Corporation and Mitsubishi Mobile Communications.
I received Best Paper Award in Australian Telecommunication Networks and Applications Conference 2004 (ATNAC 2004).
