Biography

Ramoni received his B.Eng.(Hons) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria in 2007.Whilst an undergraduate,he was one of the top students in his grades and graduated as the overall best student in the university in the 2007 academic Session. Between 2008 and 2009, he was with the University of Jos,Plateau State, Nigeria.He joined Odua Telecomms as an Engineer attached to the Network Operation Centre(NOC) in 2009. In a bid to fulfill his interest in research, he joined National Space Research and Development Agency, Abuja, Nigeria in march 2010 and has been working with the Engineering and Space Systems Division of the Agency.

He is currently a PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Pawel Dmochowski and Dr. Paul Teal at the School of Engineering and Computer Science, Victoria University of Wellington, Wellington, New Zealand.

Research

Ramoni is currently working on the development of new approaches for the estimation and prediction of wireless channel to enable adaptive transmission in current and future narrowband and wideband SU/MU-MIMO Mobile Communication Systems.
