Research Interests

  • PhD Thesis: This study aimed to create piezoelectric thin-film transducers for high-frequency ultrasonic applications. The application in focus is a scanning acoustic microscope that operates in the 300MHz-1GHz range, with zinc-oxide being the active transducer material. Funding for this research was provided through a Crown Research Grant.
