Biography

Ahmed is currently a Phd student under the supervision of Dr. Christopher Hollitt and Dr. Robin Dykstra at the School of Engineering and Computer Science (ECS), Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

Research

Ahmed's research is focused on using active vision techniques in order to detect and process images acquisitioned from a robot eye camera in order to implement both superior colliculus and Frontal Eye Field while processing it via FPGA (virtex 5) board.
