18 October 0800:
Tomorrow is the last lecture of the course and will be a course summary and discussion, held in Fairlie Terrace FT77/306. I'm also happy to announce that the last part of the lecture will be given by Matt Stevens, who will speak about the value offered by the Engineering degree fourth year.
15 October 1600:
There was a minor discrepancy between the length limits for the Lessons-Learned Report on the Assessments
page and the PDF instructions. The PDF version is definitive, the limits are 1800-2200 words (excluding references), and the Assessments
page has been amended.
13 October 0200:
Alan Bell of Assurity will come on Monday 16 October to give a guest lecture to the class. Alan is an experienced agile coach and leads Assurity's Agile Project Management workshops. Alan will speak to the class about how agile software development methods work in harmony with project management to deliver project goals.

Instructions for project handover, the lessons-learned report (Assignment 2) and the client presentations are now available from the Assessments

The Assignment 1 workshop has received a sufficient level of commitment, and will proceed today for 12-1 pm, in Fairlie Terrace FT77/306.
4 August 0915:
A workshop for Assignment 1 will be held in the lecture slot on Thursday 10 August, 12-1 pm, in Fairlie Terrace FT77/306 if
there is a sufficient level of commitment to attend. Commitment to attend will be measured through submissions of a draft assignments through the submission system
as at 9 am on Thursday 10 August. Please refer to the email sent to the class for further details.

The electronics laboratory access arrangements have been updated on the ProjectResources
page. Please note that only
the Cotton Room:CO239 CO239
electronics laboratory is available for ENGR302 teams and that the conditions of use have been further defined.
1 August 1000:
A minor update has been made to the Assignment 1 Instructions to note that presentation recordings were made for projects 1, 3, 5–9, 11, 13 and 15 only.
28 July 2400:
Assignment 1 Instructions are now available on the Assessments
page, along with details of upcoming assessments.
18 July 2030:
As announced in the first lecture, there will be no routine
lectures held in the Wednesday and Thursday lecture slots. That said, students may expect to be called, on occasion, to attend course-related activities in these lecture slots and should not make other arrangements for these times.
